I understand that I must submit the Travel Packet for any trips outside of the continental US, including Alaska, Hawai'i, and US Territories.

I understand that all adults in attendance must be registered members of Girl Scouts with approved and eligible background checks on file with Girl Scouts of New Mexico Trails.

I understand that I must review the Safety Activity Checkpoints for all aspects of this trip and will obtain any additional certifications, as needed.
