Girl Scout Camp: What Adventure Will YOU Choose?
Camp is a special place of self-discovery, laughter, fun and personal growth. Girl Scout camps transport girls to an environment where they have fun trying new activities, make new friends, and learn about themselves. Girl Scouts of New Mexico Trails is proud to offer two resident camps with a wide variety of programming and camping options: Camp Elliott Barker in Angel Fire, NM and Rancho del Chaparral near Cuba, NM
Celebrate Great Outdoors Month with Us at Rancho and at Barker!
June is Great Outdoors Month across the nation. Governor Martinez has adopted a Proclamation, naming June as New Mexico’s “Great Outdoors Month.” Why is this important? Children across the nation aren’t spending enough time outdoors. Our Great Outdoors Days give us the opportunity to recognize our supporters and donors, tour camp, have a camp experience by eating in the dining hall with the campers, and learn more about our outdoor initiatives. Join us as we celebrate the Great Outdoors Month at each of our camps:
